Every purchase comes with a 48-hour refund, one click, no questions. Buyers who know they can undo it say yes sooner. Good bots keep their sales, and we run the refunds so you never have to argue one.
Seller questions
How much do I keep?
80% of every sale. Locul keeps 20%, which covers checkout, card fees, delivery, refunds and your page on locul.ai. Founding sellers keep 100% for the first 90 days after launch.
When do I get paid?
Your share of each sale is paid 7 days after the sale, once the 48-hour refund window has closed.
What happens if a buyer asks for a refund?
Within 48 hours of buying, any buyer can refund in one click. The bot is removed from their Locul and that sale is not paid out. You do not need to do anything.
What can I charge?
Any one-time price from $5 to $299, or free. Not sure? Start at $29, the default, and change it any time.
Can I list a free bot?
Yes. Free bots show a Free badge and a Get button instead of Buy. They are a good way to get known before you list a paid one.
Who reviews my bot, and what do you check?
We review every bot before it goes live. We check that the samples are real outputs, the conversation matches what the bot does, and the files do what the page says. If something needs a change, you get a note in the app and can fix it and resubmit.
Can I update my bot after it is live?
Yes. Send a new version from the app. After a quick review it replaces the live page, and buyers can reinstall it from Owned.
Do buyers get my files?
Yes, a bot is a folder that installs on the buyer's computer and runs on their own AI. That is what makes it private and fast for them. Do not put passwords or keys in a bot.
